    hello I am trying to contact somebody in enforcement agency I received a 24 mic hour ban on December 17 for a message I sent which was fine I understand what I did was wrong but when I woke up this morning I had another mic ban but this time for a week for
    same message on December 17 please help me

    My account was communication banned 11/13/17 twice for two different things from the same message. I contacted support in late november to find my ban lifted on january 13th. Here I am now after contacting support to find I'm banned until February 22. How
    was it extended 3 weeks later if I'm already communication bannedbanned and can't say anything? Is there anyway to have this fixed so I can enjoy xbox again. This sucks.

    Got banned twice in the same week

    My account on Xbox one is , in the same week i have been banned twice for the same reason. the first time i understand, one day ban to show me that i shouldn't do this again, then 3 days later i get a ban that lasts 10 days i checked my messages
    and i haven't sent any messages since then with inappropriate language or anything offensive that could hurt someones feelings. please it would be awesome if this ban could be lifted because it was placed so soon after the last one. this ban in my opinion
    was falsely placed on my account

    This is exactly what the ban is - as you can see, the same message has been chosen twice. That message was sent to one person, about a week ago. It was deleted the first time by xbox live after my first ban. Now it's being used again for a second ban on
    my account.

    MY XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED BY ACCIDENT

    They admitted to it a MONTH later also after i already did A WEEK of the ban. Accident or not banning me then giving me that subsciption that i wont use isnt okay. Then theres people out there saying way worse stuff and not getting banned.

    Clearly the enforcement team isnt helpful in my case.
