Getting banned on Xbox one for no reason

If you don't want to listen to reason than feel free to get that stolen account on your xbox, which will get it permabanned. Just read the console ban forum and that is the number one reason for consoles being banned right now.

Sorry. I've never know XBOX PET to over turn a console ban. It sounds perfectly logical and reasonable that they would ban the Xbox console and user ID for those reasons. Get a job kiddo and buy him a new one.

You can be suspended for actions performed at a previous time that emerge by the investigation of your account by XBLPET

If you have filed for a case review just wait for the verdict

Enforcement doesn't ever just "ban people for no reason" They can see all sorts of stuff behind the scenes and bans can happen weeks after the fact. If someone reported you for beating them in a game Enforcement would see just that. They wouldn't give
a ban or suspension over this though. So it's probably from something else.
