Getting banned for standing up for my family

so i wake up this morning to find my account has been enforced action from you guys. I know the exact reason of this and this is because a 15 year old kid with the gamer tag

Forum Guidelines.] came into my party last night and disrespected the Military and my dead father. I joined the military and have just returned from 6 months in Afghanistan on deployment,.
[Mod Removed] then sent me numerous messages saying i am a wanna be and all this. i Take his D, all the usual, he then joins my party told me my father jumped off a cliff and deserved to die cause i was useless. He then continued to disrespect
my father by saying i suck him off, all im ever good for. My father did 30 years at sea in The Australian Navy, and yesterday was ANZAC Day and that was a utter show off disrespect.
[Mod Removed] Continued to disrespect my family and i finally cracked it and told him that it was disrespectful and he should leave. His mates in the party all reported me bar one who then messaged me saying sorry, his Gamer tag is
[Mod Removed], My mates in the party messaged me saying kick the **** and just kick him, there Gamer tags are
[Mod Removed] and [Mod Removed]. I can not believe that my account has been put on enforcement action and i cant apply for a review because my net crashed while i was trying to undertake the review. I rung and spoke to xbox
live on the phone and they advised me that nothing can be done which is fantastic. so this kid runs his mouth about military personal and my family and he gets away with it but i stand up for my family like everybody would do and i get the enforcement ban,

I shouldn't be bannded I was backing up for myself I GOT BULLIED so if you think you unbannded everone who never done anything LIKE ME SO UNBANNDED us and bannd them who HAVE DONE STUFF

If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him from further abuse. Retaliating is harassment and object to suspension.

Refrain from using other gtags in the forums

 

It is a bit difficult because i am the one who is copping the ban because he reported me 50 times, to late cause this stupid company can not do anything because im the one who is on enforcement

 

so what your telling me is if somebody disrespected you and your family over xbox, you would let it go, great family man you are.
