so a guy says I was cheating, wich I wasn't reports me then messages me to gloat about reporting me so I respond in kind tell him off block him go on with my day. Then you ban me cause some guy risked talking to a stranger got it thrown back in his face.
Are you kidding me?this is bs

ALWAYS GETTING BANNED FOR NOTHING.

On 3/26/2017 at 7:28 P.M. I got reported for communication, AGAIN. I do not join parties with people I do not know, and I also had someone over to my house that day, so why can't Xbox see when I've been in a party with someone or not? I have not been in
a party, I don't have any rude messages, so why do I keep getting banned?? Also, I noticed when I got the email it mentioned the person's email address, and mine as well. Does Xbox feel okay with giving a young girls email address to the person who has wrongfully
reported her? I don't feel safe on Xbox anymore. Anyone can report me for absolutely nothing.

Getting banned for doing nothing?

I was already banned from voice communication because someone decided to bully me on the game and then message me non stop until I answered and when I defended myself he reports me. Then messages me from a different profile a minute after and makes fun of
me saying try to message me now. That was in the beginning of the week and now today I try to play and it says I cannot play multiplayer because I was reported for harassing someone at 7 pm at night when I work at 4 pm and I didn't even play that since Tuesday.
My wife watched Netflix at night while i worked so how did I do harassment? Is it the same guy reporting for different things because this seems unfair that I was banned from voice and somehow they said I was harassing someone when I can't even talk or message
anyone and I didn't even play the day they said I did at all. What is going on Xbox because I've had xbox live for almost 8 years and not until recently have I had this problem, and there's not even a way to contact or talk to anyone. I went through the intense
and confusing survey to do a appeal for both accounts but now I'm just upset with the actions that are taken against me when I didn't even do anything for the second ban, help me out by looking at my problem.

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.

I understand your concerns and frustrations. But, It's my understanding that the Xbox Live Enforcement Team does not follow this forum. So, may I suggest that you follow up with them directly at their
webpage. You should be able to submit a "Case Review" with the information you have already provided including
the issues you are having.

If you mean proof then that's not going to happen.

The enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof due to privacy laws which is something you agreed to when starting your account.

So i don't believe them, cause i wasn't sending messages with threats and something like that and vulgarism too. They stoled one month from my XLive so a want it back.

There's no time limit on when a suspension can be issued.

Chances are it was for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.

From what I understand you are suspended from communications.Sounds like during the course of the investigation for that suspension they found other offences you committed earlier which is why you've been given another suspension.
