Getting banned for a PG13 movie character

some salty dude reported my profile picture, because he was a sore loser and DC’d during a game and left me and my friend against the enemy, so we tbagged him because people who DC kinda deserve nothing less. So he reports my
ballchinian profile picture(and yes before you ask, i cropped out the BAD part of it).

So why cant i have a PG13 profile picture? You do know microsoft that majority of your community is older than the age 13 right? So why are you catering to snowflakes? Do you literally ban everything that someone deems “inapropriate”
or “offensive”? Can NOBODY have fun, because its 2018 and people get offended so much?

Like this dude was just being an ass, he didnt find my picture offensive.... and you just taught him that he can be a complete **** and get away with. He not only DCd on me, he SENT ME salty messages, he reported MY PROFILE PIC.
And yet im the one who has to suffer because why? A ballchinian without the ballchin is SOOOOO OFFENSIVE!!!! GG microsoft, youre making the xbox communty a bunch of snowflakes. Atleast when i report someone its because they ACTUALLY VERBALLY ATTACK ME AND
CALL ME NAMES.

so why dont you start bannig people that report things that arent offensive? Literally people like them dont deserve report button, they are too salty and report ANYTHING. AND YOUR WORKERS APPROVE THAT A PG13 MOVIE
CHARACTER IS AGAINST TOS???? Maybe you should just take customizations away from the users, because it’s not like we can keep anything anyways before someone reports everything on our profile. Sheesh. Get real.

Son's account was banned

Thought I would follow up. Turns out my son put some kind of modified file on his Xbox for Minecraft that he got from a buddy at school. So his account was banned for modding I would assume.

1 thing I don't understand is why he was able to put a file onto the system. I have to put in a password for him to watch PG13 movies, but the system will let him load up a mod and get banned? That doesn't seem right.

Custom gamer pictures have to be rated E for Everyone as Xbox Live is open to all ages.

Someone in the Enforcement Team will have reviewed the picture after the report and deemed it inappropriate.

 

Whatever image you choose, keep in mind that all images have to follow the guidelines in the

Code of Conduct. Please avoid:

• Images intended to harm or harass another person
• Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
• References to illegal drugs
• Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
