Getting banned because of being targeted by a group of people. Didn't like what I said....

"So, I have already posted this in another forum, but lets go over more details. I got ban. Under the Code of Conduct, anyone who violates the rules regarding verbal communication (two way street), will be subjected to review and communication ban unless
the target using the same harsh communication that the individual who contacted uses. So, if I get a message from someone who swears at me, and I swear at them, it is nullified. (Swearing is apart of society) regardless, I was banned because this person reported
me. He also had is friends doing it. He hinted at it in the conversation. What does that mean for me? It means that I got banned because he didn't like what I said, but lets back up even further. I'm playing rainbow 6 siege. A very highly competitive game.
I originally sent a message because I legitamentally felt bad, "im sorry u got sieged..... i shot thru ur shield.....". I felt bad because he shouldn't have died but what did i get in response? "yah ur ugly sorry about that ", well.... what the hell? so the
comments started going back and forth. The last part is my favorite. "

I get banned and he purposefully mutes me. Now I go to get this taken off by filing a report, i start the quesitonaire, aaaaand the question comes up. Is a little arguing okay? I say no, because obviously its not. I got it wrong so i can't file a report.

if you were targeted by a group of people and were suspended because of false reporting by them could you get unsuspended

Account was banned from playing xbox live

My xbox live profile has been banned from playing xbox and i dont understand why. Also i was communication banned by people who were talking **** and now iam being harassed by them about how iam banned i want to the enforcment group because theres no way
for people to get a hold of you.

You can retry the questionnaire after 24 hours. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

Because people here don't report things that go against the rules. Moderators can't be everywhere and there's so much a finite group of people can do to keep the place clean, not to mention people are afraid of being labeled a snitch. Same logic applies
to people that complain the enforcement teams "not doing their jobs" so they don't bother reporting them.

The cake thread got Hanna & Kelly permabanned. As for what got Megan banned, there was a ban dodge but that's all I know. Like I said, I liked Megan's brand of humor, even when it was rated R for a place that intends to be, at most, PG. I let her stuff slide
because I felt her presence made the CoD forums lively, plus she said stuff most of us thought, but didn't.

Hey Farscape247, is what you said for real? Cause I've been banned for like 7 group posts that had no profanity in them and were practically 100% legit and had no mal intent. Are other people also getting banned a bunch for group posts and all that?

You didn't, you said a load of stuff and then didn't back it up with evidence. Nothing that proves the group you named were the ones pinching the accounts of various people who've posted here, nothing that proves this group have changed their modus operandi,
nothing that proves that all those bans in the console ban forum were all fraudulent as a result of the group's misdeeds, nothing that proves you know how they were getting into accounts, nothing that proves, you get the idea. You presented your opinion as
fact and then set about misleading people which people were falling for because of your name...Again.

tl;dr your "bombshell" was all things you could find via Google. Heck the group even has their own Twitter and YouTube channel. It's not exactly hard to have a brief glance at those and then post like you've got evidence of a conspiracy.
