    Getting banned because my account got hacked


    I got permanently banned because my friends I gameshared with thought it would be funny to trash talk on here. I just got my Pre Order for For Honor (GOLD EDITION) 2 days prior to me finding out my account was getting permanently banned. It's not fair how
    I can pay 100$ for a game that can be accessed ONLY ON MY ACCOUNT but then two days later I can't talk to anyone or play online at all! NOT FAIR, I just lost 100$ to something that I didn't even do!

    I am very disappointed. I have been banned unfairly from xbox live.

    I got banned because a guy hacked my account!!!!!!

    You could try submitting a case review if the suspension is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home Make sure it is a permanent ban as the notice can be somewhat misleading. You should never share your
    account details with anyone because you are ultimately responsible for anything that happens with your account.

    I have had the same problem. I am unsure whether its because my account got hacked (got it back though) a few days ago or its that I've changed my broadband ( a few months ago). Mister Gwyther could it be because of my hacked account and what can I do to
