    I got ban again this year and I'm not even a bad person. The first Time was in February and I guess that was legit but not again today I can't even rap my head around what I did. The customer support was very helpful for the first
    time and I did what he asked which was blocked everybody that sent me a message in the negative way and I did and I feel like it's still not working because I haven't sent anyone negative messages and I still got banned and I'm not even here to complain or
    try to get it unban I'm going to wait my time but all I'm asking is there a way to delete any messages from the past and to block all Communications from any player that's not my friend already because I can't keep getting falsely accused for stuff I didn't
    say or send or old stuff in the past and that's all I want to know I hope Xbox responds and can give me some helpful information thanks.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Am I getting ban??

    My honest opinion is that anyone who feels the need to CHEAT to play a game doesn't deserve to play ANY game(s) on any service.

    Just to add,you will not be sent a text or email.

    The code of conduct here that everyone has to agree to is considered your warning so it may be worth explaining it to him to prevent this from happening again.
