Getting backwards compatible

I received the email and have checked with support and i'm on the roser yet they said i need to ask a moderator here in the forums about actually activating the backwards compatibility can anybody shed some light?

Backward Compatibility

Hi, Backward Compatibility does work on the Xbox One, but only the ones on the backward compatible list.

www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility The list will be getting updated with more games every month. So keep an eye on that list, eventually your games may become compatible.

 

SNK VS CAPCOM

SNK vs Capcom isn't backward compatible. There's a list of all the backward compatible games and the regions they're backward compatible in on Wikipedia for future reference.

 

Backwards compatibility isn't out until November.

Moderators are just regular gamers,they don't work for Microsoft.

If you mean the preview program,if you've been invited you need to wait.There's no guarantee you will be accepted,especially now as the preview program is just about full.

You don't get an email,you will get a message over xbox live.

 

Please may I request an invite to xbox preview program I just chatted with a member from xbox and he said I can do this so please choose me.

 

You need someone on your friends list already in the preview program to invite you.

As the program is just about full the chances of you getting in are very slim.

 

I was invited by Microsoft a couple of months ago i just didnt have a xbox one till a couple if days ago. I was told by xbox support to ask a moderator on the forums about getting the app. So what do i do? Ive been invited by them but only had a email and
no message on the xbox. I cant ring then cause they are too busy to accept calls Apparantly

 

Invites by Microsoft went out last year & would of only been sent to people who already had an xbox one.

There's nothing you can do other than follow the advice I've already posted.

A moderator can't do anything.They are just regular gamers who police the forums,they can't give you access to the preview program

 

Ok as ive said before i got the email from microsoft inviting me to the program i have spoken to microsoft who confirmed i was invited but obviously i didnt have a xbox one so could not take part at the time and it is now full however since there are many
members simply using it to play games etc in advance they are starting to remove people and i am top of the list and will receive the link to the app when a place opens up.

I'm just passing on what the support staff on chat told me obviously they have no idea what a forum moderator is.

Support are nothing to do with the preview program so shouldn't have told you that.

As I've said,email invites only went out last year to a select few at the very beginning of the preview program & you would not of got one if you didn't have an xbox one.

You won't get in now anyway so you may as well just wait until November as you only seem to want backwards compatibility.
