    getting an xbox live gold subscription...


    Hi,

    I am beyond frustrated at this point with the xbox and I am ready to unplug the system...I set up the xbox at my house and my son has a profile with parental controls on there and I can't figure out how to get him the xbox live gold subscription, I can't
    add to his account, it says ask a parent. I have tried to buy it on my account, online but it doesn't seem to show the subscription on his account when you go to his profile on the the tv. The last person said to make my xbox the home account, I have done
    that...now what??? This is my last attempt at trying to fix this, it could be that I have a defective system?

    Getting an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will depend on you, it is consist of an Xbox Live Gold subscription, a Game Pass for the Console, a PC Game Pass, and EA Play.

    But with playing online, just the Xbox Live Gold subscription is required.

    only a standard Xbox Live Gold subscription will allow you to get a Game with Gold for free. a 14 day trial is like the name mentions a Trial subscription and won't allow you to get a 360 Games with Gold game for free, you will require a standard Xbox Live
    Gold subscription for that.

    As you've mentioned, you're getting an error code 80190128. This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed. It is either your Xbox Live account already redeemed the free trial Gold
    subscription or the console that you're using already reached the limit for trial accounts (3 per console).
