Getting an old account unbanned

Back in 2017 i had my main account at the time permanently banned for repeated communication bans. Since then i have made a new account and have had a completely clean record for three years and have also became an xbox ambassador and was wondering if there
was any way if getting that old account back as i had a lot of time and money spent on the account. Any recommendations or help would be greatly apprectiated

I did contact them to get the ban lifted as soon as it happened but because of my repeat offences at the time they decided to not lift the ban, thanks for your response

You would have had to contact the enforcement team when the ban was issued. Since it's been well over 12 months, they will no longer review the ban so there is no way to have the ban lifted.

No point in going to the enforcement site as the op has already stated they had appealed the ban & the decision was upheld.

That means that the account will remain banned & there is no way to appeal it now.

If the old unban date has passed you may need to delete the account and re add it to the console for it to recognize the account being unbanned if that's the case. If not, the only thing you can do is refer to the enforcement site linked in the other comment.
