    I was playing FIFA20 and after i beat this guy he sent me a msg and insulted me in a racist way plus my mother just for beating him and i swear it was so bad I can't even say it here.. the problem is that he immediately deleted everything after i read
    it cause im sure he did it a lot of times, i reported him and I'm sure that thy can get back the deleted messages from the database or whatever but the problem is that there's no feedback of what happened to my report and to that guy .. very disappointed..

    Im sure the guy has been communication banned and as long as you reported him thats the best you can do.

    Honestly just screenshit his profile info and use that as the feedback/reference. They can absolutely get deleted messages back, so you won't have to worry about that. Hopefully Microsoft will take action, I hate being messaged by triggered biggots

    But, Bounce I apologize that you had to experience this, especially during these times. However, you've already done the right thing by reporting him. If the messages show as "[This message was deleted]" that can mean he deleted it, but it can
    also mean the system deleted it automatically and the account was already communication banned.

    The XBLPET has an amazing system to automatically "screen" messages instantly and automatically to help out with obvious misconduct of the policy.

    For privacy reasons you won't in most cases get any response from the Enforcement team. They do investigate every report and deleting messages does not stop them from taking action.

    Yes it does count. As long as you file complaints on them the enforcement team will investigate them.
