Getting an error while trying to redeem gold sub code..

You are showing as a Gold membership holder at the moment. Do you remember the code that you received? If so, please type it out here.

Just to clarify, you are trying to buy an XBOX Gold sub and you are receiving that error?

Have you checked with your financial institution to see if their blocking payment somehow?

What about buying a sub code through Amazon and then redeeming the code?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. What error message do you get when you try to redeem the code? Is this a gold card or a currency card? Keep in mind that the gold card will not work if you have a past due gold sub charge on your account.

Also, try redeeming the code from both the website, and the console. Make sure you log into the correct account before redeeming the code :

Are you getting any error while trying to install the game? Is the error during redeeming the codes, or after redeeming them?

the Xbox forum is great i like how you been doing but you should make the redeem cards work
