    Getting an error when trying to buy a game on the web marketplace.


    I've been trying to buy the 360 game South Park: The Stick of Truth for my Xbox One through my PC but I always get a message saying that the publisher doesn't allow content to be displayed and to click the link to open it in a new window but when I do, it
    just tells me I found a glitch in the system. Is it because I'm not a Gold member? I've tried being signed in with my Xbox One on at the same time I'm trying to buy the game but it just doesn't want to work. Any way to get it or am I just gonna have to
    wait for the update that lets me get them on the system itself?

    i get this error when trying to buy a game through the marketplace

    i have cleared my system cache

    deleted the credit cards and re entered them

    looked around the xbox forums and nothing has sorted it out

    i have basically tried everything please help!

    i have tried buying it through the web browsers marketplace and still no look

    the game i am trying to buy is dead rising 2

    That's weird, OP. When I tried to buy BF:1943 (I was a silver at the time) it came up as 999999msp on the Web Marketplace. I'm guessing that was to try to stop what happened to you

    Who to contact?

    It's not an error.

    When a game becomes unavailable to buy on the marketplace the price is either put at -1 or a ridiculous price to prevent people from trying to buy it.

    It will either be made available again or removed completely.

    You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

    Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace

    The Option To download the Full Version of black ops isn't Available in the xbox Marketplace On the xbox console. Only the Trial is Available. And when I try to buy it from the marketplace website it says "Cannot Purchase via Web"

    - Honestly I'm just reporting this. Just maybe someone might want to look into it. I decided to buy the Hard-Copy instead. Just a Heads up because I'm getting complaints about it also. But thanks.
