    Getting an error unable to log into xbox live


    Checked network status on xbox and it says I am connected to the internet and all services are available. I have tried a restart and full shut down - still can't connect.

    For those who would like to play offline until the service issue is resolved, unplug your Ethernet cable/Wireless device from your Xbox and then sign into your console while it is offline. Once you are signed in, you can reconnect your network. It may
    then appear as if you are online, but services are down. You should be able to play certain games offline while they work on the issue.

    I am also having this problem on my Xbox One X. I checked my Xbox 360 and i can sign into that just fine.
