Getting an Error that I can't log into my Xbox live Account on my PC.

Has any progress been made to solve this problem? I am having the same exact issue with this game. I've tried every fix, talked to Microsoft/Xbox support, and still nothing.

I just spent $20 on this game and would like to know why I'm not even given the chance to play it.

Is this the only game you are having issues signing into or are there more? Do you have any issues with signing into account.xbox.com?

Have you re-installed the game yet?

What does it say under your Network settings in the Xbox app? Is everything connected without errors?

It's possible this game may be experiencing issues with connecting to Xbox Live since you are able to log into the Xbox Live services in general, it's just when this game's servers try to communicate with the Xbox Live servers does this error occur.

Might be worth a try to reset the Xbox Live app.

You can do this by first right clicking on start and selecting settings. From settings> select Apps> then select Apps & features> scroll down and click on Xbox Live> Then select Advanced options> From there opt to Reset the app.

Hopefully that will resolve the issue of not being able to sign into Xbox Live.

I already did a reset of both apps. several times.

I don't have any issues with any of the other games i play or with signing into account.xbox.com. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game already. the network settings in the app says everything is connected. its only when the games servers try to connect
to xbox live that the error occurs.
