    Getting an error message if i download an xbox live profile on my xbox 360


    my xbox wont let me download xbox live profiles on my xbox 360 and i get a error message "sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that youre using to sign in. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem" error code is 80070020 or something like that.
    My xbox 360 is connected to xbox live but i get a warning at "service". i need help with that too

    This is the message I get...though I'm trying to update an Xbox One not a 360. Error 8007045D occurs when downloading your Xbox Live profile on Xbox 360

    You see the following error code and message when you try to download your Xbox Live profile:

    Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

    Status code 8007045D
    This means that an error occurred during the download.

    Just go to download profile on your 360 or One but I think there is an issue with Xbox live right now because when I tried downloading mine on the 360, I get an error message saying Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now even though the Xbox Live
    service status says everything is up and running.

    well ive recently changed my password to my windows live account, When i try to download my profile on my xbox says that

    xbox live profiles cannot be downloaded right now, but the thing is it displays a message on the bottom of the screen (when i cancel that error message) saying: 4 friends online

    but I havent really signed in, the bar usually gets halfway through download my profile then cuts off and displays error message

    Changed the name of my Gamertag, now my backwards compatibility games won't work.

    I entered my info to download my profile. After doing so, I get an error message saying that "Xbox live profiles can not be downloaded right now" I restarted my Xbox one and tried to download the profile several times. Please help.
