    Getting an error code while trying to update system


    My son is a part of the early preview program and while trying to install the latest update he received an error code starting with E204. After calling Xbox support several times and even following the troubleshooting directions given on this website we
    are still getting the same error code. I need someone to contact us so that we can hopefully send our console in to be serviced. We have been without our Xbox for 3 weeks now.

    I'm trying to download a system update but it doesn't work I just keep getting the message of an error and the error code is
