Getting achievements when i haven't played the game

I recently seen 3 achievements pop up on my feed from Ark Survival evolved. My account hasn't played ark since 4th july.

Is it possible that an update that added new achievements has made this happened?

I don't have the game intalled and i haven't been game sharing with anyone since last month so nobody else had access to my account.

Can give more information if needed.

4 years of have SOTN. I finally got the bloodline achievement.

A level without getting hit? Sounds easy enough, though I haven't played the game.

achievements not popping up

For some reason in the past few weeks. The achievements I have been getting never pop up like they should. Not only that, but on my home screen. No matter what game or app I have played, when I quit it always says Keflings instead of any other game that
I play and I haven't played Keflings in a few weeks.

sometimes achievements popping up can have a delay, but to be sure I would suggest checking your accounts activity here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

If you see activity that wasn't yours then I would advise changing your password and security details, if there wasn't any actifity that wasn't yours then I would assume it was indeed a delay.

Side note: just to be sure, keep in mind that game sharing via sharing your account credentials is something that is against the Code of Conduct like mentioned here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-us/home/staysafe#topic6

They haven't. I don't play the games for achievements. I have never even considered getting 100% achievements.

Sorry I haven't heard, but when it does I will enjoy getting it's achievements. I have never played before but the Game Pass gets me to try new things since I don't have to buy the titles.

I have zero gamer score when i log into account on xbox. Not only that I have to recreate avatar every time and it says i haven't played the games that I have clearly played and got gamer score and achievements. When I get on my computer and log into www.xbox.com
I magically have all my achievements and gamer score so I want to know why this is and if i could get reset back to regular achievements and all?

I can definitely tell you it is not based on achievements. I haven't earned a single achievement in the game, but I got the codes. Most likely, support is mentioning achievements as a way for them to tell that they have played the game and when. But earning
achievements is not a requirement for the codes.

Getting achievements when i haven't played the game
