getting account unbanned

My original account SPOOKY XRAY was banned back in January of 2015 on false reports of harassment. When I created this account I am on now to talk to xblpet support after a few post to the forums I was threatened by XBLPET Theta with suspension of this account
if I kept asking questions about the SPOOKY XRAY account so at that time I stopped because I still had an xbox one at the time. After awhile I sold it because it was not the same after being banned I felt like I had wasted all that time and lost all those
stats because someone got mad because I was better than them at a game and they got their friends to falsely report me for harassment when that simply was not true. I am thinking of buying a brand new xbox one console and was wondering what I have to do to
get my account unbanned?

Account suspensions are to the minute specific. If you were suspended at 7:05 PM for 7 days it would be exactly 7:05 PM when the suspension ends.

 

The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

Since the ban took place 2 years ago, it would no longer be possible to request a review of the account. If the enforcement team upheld the ban back then, there is no way to have it unbanned.
