Getting a x801901f4 error when attempting to sign in

Ive read on other posts that the best thing to do is, “...delete your account from your xbox one system. After that, re-enter your profile sign in as a new account and this fixed the problem.” I hope this helps.

Do you get an error code when attempting to sign in?

im getting the error code when attempting to sign in. first attempt to sign in is unsuccessful. system allows me to make another attempt. on second attempt screen appears with a frozen buffering.. after a minute, the error message comes up with the code.
contacted xbox suppport and problem could not be resolved...

is there anyway to fix this problem??? trying to avoid factory reset
