Getting a suspension without reason

So my son keeps getting reported and recieveing suspensions. It started last month when he looted a player in a game and they got mad and reported. My son received a 2 days suspension. I go online and there is no details on why he was suspended, just he violated community guidelines. I request more info never hear anything. Well he got off his suspension and boom he has another suspension. I've scoured his account and there is nothing warranting a suspenion. And go online and what do you know? No details yet again. Request info and nothing back. Contact support and they can't help. They keep saying to appeal, but there is no option to appeal. So does xbox actually investigate suspensions? Is there someone i can actually talk to about these enforcements? Because at this point he's going to have a permanent ban in the next couple of months because a kid is salty my child beat him in a game. And if he gets a permanent ban then all the money spent on games are wasted. Why does xbox make it so difficult to get information? Why should I keep paying for xbox gold and gamepass for all five xboxs in my house. I'm so close to switching to Playstation because this is so frustrating.

Well like I said I've scoured his messages and even talked to his older brother who always plays with him. He said he never said or done anything out of line. And he never takes up for him lol but there is no option for case review or appeal. And at this point playstation sounds like a better option. At least they will tell you and show you proof of what happened. I feel I'm wasting my money on gold memberships and gamepass. I never even received an email regarding the suspension. We only found out when he tried to get on it and it wouldn't let him.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and a case review is the only way to contact them. With the exception of things that can be caught by a filter (ie. profanity) all reports are investigated by the enforcement team, it's just unfortunate how they handle their own site. The only thing I can suggest is to very carefully review the Community Standards with your son to make sure he knows what to do and what not to do. People get suspensions all the time for doing things they see other people doing without realizing it violates the rules (ie. using LFG posts for the wrong reasons).

Playstation also has similar rules and while their support are able to give a reason on suspensions, they do not allow appeals whatsoever.

I am sorry to hear that you have had repeated suspensions. I have never had one but I can't imagine that the enforcement team would give a suspension if they didn't feel that the Code of Conduct was violated. You could always appeal the decision if you
feel that this is in error. I would personally check to see what the violation was and try to avoid doing it again. Good luck and I hope that you can get it taken care of and can avoid such suspensions in the future.

However, as for your specific issue. The PET investigate all claims that are laid against an account prior to setting an enforcement action. Because they get thousands of reports per day it's more than likely the extra enforcements you're seeing are from
things that were done a while back. Please check your emails for information regarding the suspension
