    trying to sign into Xbox live for my husband and I'm getting account info sorry there was a problem please try again later code:00000000 we've updated the account change a number and password and still getting this how do i sort it thanks

    Singing in problems

    Hey guys so my problem is none of my account will sign in, I keep getting a can't sign in message stating that a problem occurred while signing in, please try again message on three accounts and it even pops up when I try to sign out, it was working 30
    mins ago I turned it off and bam this started and I've had it off since now, what are my options and how long do I have to wait?

    Whats going on????

    At one point when I tried to sign in there was a note to go to News to find out how to correct the error however I do not know how to get to News. I also tried uninstalling & re-installing but still not able to sign in to sudoku. I am able to et into mahjong
    & solitaire without any problems

    The problem occurs no matter what browser or device I am trying to sign in to.

    I have tried with Safari, Google and egde on both my phone and computer. However the problem does not occur when signing in to support.xbox.com. Only on xbox.com.
