    Getting a refund.


    I have noticed that there was a few things brought on the Xbox 360 live, on my account. I didn't buy all the stuff that is said I have... and I would like to get refunded the money, I don't know what the items that were brought, but on my bank statement
    I have 8 items that were brought either on the 4th of August and 5 items on the 1st of August, now I can't see what these items are but the statement says they were on Xbox live, I can't find what these items are, not on my statement or on this website. So
    can you please help me out.

    Buying a US console won't fix it. The account region has to match your physical location so the region of the console won't matter.

    Would purchasing an XBOX actually FROM the US solve this? Assuming you own an XBOX from your country of origin and that XBOX is regionally coded, then maybe getting an XBOX regionally coded for the US market would work?

    Obviously getting a refund would probably be your first choice, but you did knowingly download the US content, and most of the games have a disclaimer stating what countries or versions they are available in.

    Hope you can find a solution!

    Sorry but it clearly states no refunds when buying something on the marketplace.

    Go to the accounts section on the right of your dash,click on that & then download history & it will tell you what has been downloaded on your console.

    If no one in your household made the purchases then you should contact support for your region & open an unautherized access case & also contact your bank & cancel any debit/credit card that is linked to your account

    Also, you can see what was purchased and the exact date that it was purchased by logging in to commerce.microsoft.com as well.

    There horrible with refunds , i bought banjo nuts and bolts for the x1 because it said it was a working BC game on the Canadian list and i bought it and nope it did not work , called them they said give it a few days so i did and then it was pulled from
    the Canadian BC list so i called back with my code they gave me for my open file with customer support and they said since it was not on the list they cant do anything WTF and then the person had the gull to say i can play it on my 360 WTF . I said first i
    wont waste a dime on my busted 360 i bought it for the x1 as it was on the list and advertised as no 360 needed to buy or play and now it was just pulled and i have proof of pics and its on my file from my earlier call but nope they don't care so i am out
    over $20 now because small guns does not work also . Very anti-consumer they have become of late with there customer service at 18004myxbox

    here or try going to Zenimax/devs support

    You have had the game for too long they are not going to refund you through that process. You can try to pursue this with the developer or contact a support rep and speak to them.
