Getting a refund from microsoft

Normally I get a refund in 3 or so days I have now been waiting over a week, was I lied to?. What should I do

Hi Rick,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Your best thing to do is reply to the email stating you would be getting a refund. As they will be the ones to assist you. You can also check your

purchase history and see if it shows refunded. If it doesn't you will again have to reply to the email you were sent regarding the refund. Usually they do come within 3 days. If its longer most times its an issue with the bank.

The Vbucks from the Microsoft store are for the Xbox version only. To get Vbucks for the PC version, you need to purchase directly from Epic games.

Your friend may be able to get a refund by logging in on
xbox.com/refund, then continue from there.

If you purchased Minecraft from Microsoft, then you can request a refund here, xbox.com/refund. If you got the game from a different digital store, then you will need to contact them to get a refund.

There's not a whole lot we can do to help here. Either contact Microsoft Support to complain and maybe get a refund, or try getting a refund from the store you bought your accessories from.
