I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

It doesn't matter where you redeem it, the code will only redeem what it was for. If you redeemed the Xbox code then you just need to go back through the Prime thing to get the PC code and then redeem that.

When I try to redeem the code on the website I get this message: "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code."
