    Hi. I just got a new modem Yesterday my Xbox one is not able to connect to the internet. I can reset my modem and i get internet, but then it kicks me off 3 minutes later.

    I have no clue what to do, so please help me So i can play Xbox Live Again!

    Unable to connect XBOX to network ....

    Hi,

    I buyed xbox in India and I was not having any issues with xbox and internet while in India.

    Now i moved to Singapore, I am not able to connect xbox to network, if i try to connect then automatically internet is getting disconnected and none my devices (laptop, mobile) able to use. I need to restart modem and swtich off xbox in order to use internet.

    What could be issue ???

    Well without being able to access your modem you will not be able to resolve this, and you were getting a 192 address from the modem to the router as you posted earlier so 192.168.1.254 sounds right, what happens when you type that in?

    Connect the PC to the modem, power off the modem. Ensure the PC is set to "Obtain an ip address automatically" then power up the modem and PC and try to connect to its menu

    What kind of modem and router do you have ? (Name and model #'s ) and did it connect with your old one ?

    If you just got it , I would return it , Arris gateways are NOT xbox friendly and this forum is FULL of threads on them , wireless is always an issue with them , you may have some luck if you hardwire it ...if you are trying wireless , look for something
    called "Wireless Security" and make sure its disabled...

    Can't connect to the internet

    If you are only using a modem which need login credentials you will not be able to connect the one to the internet. You need to get a router to set up the internet connection to be able to connect with the one.

    Reason is the One does not supports PPPoE anymore.
