Getting a lot of error codes...

I've been getting a lot of error codes recently and it sometimes doesn't even let me sign into any accounts on my Xbox One S, this probably started in the end of April and I've tried restarting my Xbox, disconnecting my router/Ethernet cable and all this
still doesn't work. When it does let me in it struggles with making parties, sending messages and overall becomes super laggy. 2 days ago it let me and it was "working" but indeed was very laggy so everytime I risk restarting my Xbox and it just ends up in
the same problem. It has showed me error codes saying my password is corrupt and I have to delete my account of 3 years and saying I have to hold down the power button for 10 seconds so I don't know what to do but I am certainly not deleting my account. Is
there anyway to fix this?

I have tried every error code it gave me, that includes 8 and all said to restart my Xbox, it said that my account was corrupt and I had to delete it, restarted it and never worked, reset my router/Ethernet cable and never worked.

this is a very late response and I have done that many times as well and it never worked, I have tried everything besides a hard reset and I am hesitant to do that because I have to re install everything. Also i have went to the xbox website to search up
these error codes and I saw it talking about custom backround warnings and I do indeed have a custom backround which I got from TMX but after I saw what the website told me I deleted TMX but the backround remained and my xbox is too laggy to open the dash
board and other things like setting, parties,games and that is what stops me from doing anything like deleting the backround which is why i think i cant do anything.And are there any places where i can repair my xbox?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this kind of issue. I can totally see how this could be pretty frustrating after a while. I see you have restarted your console and troubleshot your router, but I would give a

soft factory reset (the kind that keeps your games & apps installed) a try if you haven't done so already.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
