    Getting a error code that appears to be very rare.


    If someone could help that would be great. xbox is being very slow and is struggling to open any apps or do anything and just being dead laggy. cant seem to fix it, Xbox 1 S and 2 months old.

    That is very rare, my recommendation is that you wait at least an hour, take a capture or photo of your purchases, close and log in to the console again, if the points still do not appear and the chat
    with support marks that error, request a phone call

    I can't get past the loading screens. In the rare event it does launch the game, it gives me the files are corrupted error, or update requires restart screen. In the very very rare chance that I load into the game, I go to start a match and when the countdown
    is over it kicks me right back to the loading screens.
