Getting a downloadable content removed or signed out message after an update

Hi there,

please double check if there are any corrupt or incomplete files present on the storage device.

If that is the case please delete the DLC and remove those corrupt/incomplete files before downloading the DLC again.

If that isn't the case please try removing your profile (Profile only) from the console, clear the cache of the console, restart the console and download your profile again. be sure that you know the credentials for your account before you delete profile.

My son bought the download and got the error message "downloadable content removed or all profiles are signed out".

This software seems a swindle if the kids cant play it. You guys at xbox are in breach of the trades descriptions act. Tell us how to fix this.

When I try to play the zombies for havoc it keeps giving me a message "Error A dow kadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out." Of which neither are true. A lot of people are getting this message.

and installed. To do this, log in to Xbox Live, start the game, and you should see the message “New required content has been added to your Active Downloads. This content is free and required to play online.” Allow the content to download and install. You
can check its download status by going to Active Downloads: Xbox button, Games & Apps, Active Downloads.
