    Getting a digital download code for a game in a different country


    Hi,

    I would like to know: If I get a digital download code from an other country for an xbox one game, (from a particular seller from USA on eBay for exemple) and then I live in Canada, is that going to work? And is the downloaded game could be in my console
    used language (french in my case)? The game in question would be Assassins creed Unity.

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     & explain the situation to them but they are under no obligation to do a swap for you.

    There are region issues with downloading some games. Different IP addresses could block a download from happening for you. Unfortunately there is no way to tell if that will block a download or not until you try.

    i cant download GTA V, it gives me "Can't Download GTA V", how do i fix this?

    Sorry to hear it. What type and size of hard drive are you using?

    What region (country) do you live in and is your gamertag set for the same country?

    Are you getting an 8 digit error code when the download stop?

    What percentage is the download stopping at?

    Have you tried leaving the Download window open while the game is installing?

    Sorry but there is not. The only thing I can suggest is to return the game to the retailer for an exchange.
