    Getting 0x87af000b on xbox one start up


    Hi there. Getting "oops something is wrong" 0x87af000b when trying to start up Xbox one. (we recently updated some games) Not we try to start it up we get the Green Xbox screen and then it goes blank and we get the message. 0x87af000b does not come up in
    an error search. I've read through the support threads and have done the hard reset and unplugged and waited 10 seconds, etc... nothing is working. Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Error code problem

    hi got a error code on my Xbox one s 0x87af000b on start up.will not let me get to the dashboard.the code keeps popping up. Microsoft website does not recognise this code.don't know why.?? Can anybody help please. Kind regards.

    I think it's an update that I can't install. I keep getting this error code 0x87AF000B

    Everything is starting to work correctly again on my other devices and Xbox.
