Geting error message when redeeming xb px 360code

when I was trying to redeem the code for a full game to be download.

What shall I do to to be able to download the game.

Cannot Redeem Xbox Live Code

When i try to redeem my XB live prepaid code it says "Return this code" and tell me that redeeming codes is not allowed in this country. But i have been redeeming for more than a year without such issue. Please advise.!

Then, please make sure that your billing information and payment options are up to date here: Payment options
