    I'm also having this issue. I want to get my key for Bioshock 2 so that I can add it to my Steam library and get the remastered version of it. Sadly, I'm just getting the error.

    IMO Turok 1 and 2 are the best dinosaur games and they are great FPS too.

    It has been a year since we've heard anything on it. I wanted to know if they have been canceled like Phantom Dust or they're lost in the abyss like Cuphead.

    Microsoft is more than likely to welcome Turok on the Xbox One library with open arms.

    However, whether or not the game is released on the Xbox One, let alone created, depends entirely on the game developer/publisher.

    I think Disney Interactive currently owns the license to Turok, so you'll probably want to
    get in touch with them.

    have you tried powercycling the xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds to see if that fixes the issue
