Im new to posting but i know when people are wrongfully doing this to others that dont deserve to be punished just because the get new games or owns someone that is a noob but this lizard squad needs to man up and learn the games like everybody else i mean
im a noob at some games but i dont go around and make others lives a living wreck to get a point across so microsoft since its not some of our fault for those of that pay and not hack give us at least what we are owed because this is bs i like your systems
and hope to buy the newest games but this hacking crap is bs to us true gamers an extention for xboxlive users is owed after this is over with and you know it my end date is 2/15/15 just so you know if i dont see an extention to my xbox live when this is done
i will sue and i will win and instead of me paying you like you like you will be paying the xbox live users because in your policy we are secure from any hackers to our systems and our games so the balls in your court now you going to do the right thing or
what i dont like to make threats but this lizard bs has gone on long enough and some of live users are fed up. but i promise i will sue if this is not resolved and we have our extentions on how long we are unable to get on live sorry for this kind of message

Let me start by saying I am a definitely a Xbox fan. Although this past generation has proven they forgot that Xbox is a "Gaming" console. They lost a majority of exclusivity they once had since 360, i.e. Call of duty, Activision and Bungie. With the Scorpio
just over the horizon, those of us still using Xbox can only hope they get their **** together and bring gaming back to this console.

P.S. I know there are still exclusives like Halo and Gears of War. Sadly I feel those franchises are dying and have played the most up to date versions but only for a week or two before putting them down due to lack of content and innovation of those franchises.
Which leaves Xbox with almost no exclusive games compared to its predecessor. #Xboxonelost

 

i am with you there it is messed up. but i am sorry but xbox live wont give you money or free xbox gold so be careful what you say

Hi there joker, Xbox wont give you anything for free, And i'm sorry for that, but they don't anticipate people hacking into there national servers and causing a shut down across the globe. They shouldn't be down for long this time because it wasn't lizardpatrol
that did it this time. However xbox are trying to stop this from happening every again but since its happening in short intervals there having trouble stopping this from happening. All i can assure you of is you're bank/credit card's are safe since it's only
a DDOS attack.

and check out sections 5 and 8. Microsoft does not guarantee there services, and as such they do not offer compensation for outages. I have seen though that when they have had an EXTENDED outage (read: 3 or 4 CONSECUTIVE days) that they have sent out money
or time for their customers.

I especially recommend OP read that since you are stating that the policy guarantees it when it explicitly states services are NOT guaranteed.
