    When i launch my console i can't login to my account, i can't launch any apps or games and i can't even acces to the parameters. I have the following error code:

    When i launch a cd game 0x80010108

    An install game or app or the parameters: 0x800401fd

    I hope someone could help me, thanks

    Having this same issue with multiple accounts on my Xbox One, which signs people in using Kinect.

    It's on my xbox one gear of war 4 collector edition, when i try to sign in the console just...don't work, the loading circle start, then disapear, and finally the grey window stay and nothing happenned, no connection no loading and no error code, just nothing.

    If this kind of bug can't be fix, how can I reset to factory setting manually, if it's possible ?

    Thanks for the info.

    Are you seeing the same issues if you try and sign into your
    profile     on the website, or on another console?

    If you are not, let's
    factory reset the console     to be sure. Pick "keep my games and apps" on step 7 and follow all of the instructions on the guide.

    If you do see the same issue on the website be sure to reach out to the
    chat team     for further assistance.

    I'm experiencing the same issue with my xbox oneX using my CD games. I hope someone can determine what the problem and solution is for this fast.
