Get product key's activation date

Unfortunately, on every category/topic, I get a pop up, only containing a warning concerning the refund delay... The other categories indicate issues with the support contact on the website. It may be specific to the french version of the website ?

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Typically
billing options will always give those.

When you see the notification, click "skip" at the bottom and it will take you to the support options.

Thank you for the prompt reply I have carried out your suggestion and when I get to the Registry Key and 'double click on Upperfilters on the right side' it already says PartMgr. I then close and restart the computer, start FSX and it opens with a new box that says "Would you like to activate your copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator now ? I choose 'Activate now' and click next and it asks for product key. I enter the product key (the same key as the FSX) and another box opens that says "Invalid Product Key" and I can't get any more done. It will not work. Any ideas ?

I have only Activation Key On the CD Cover But WHERE IS THE Product Key ??
