Get Paypal payments back in shape for Xbox Live Gold subscription

Hi, I wish to kindly request assistance for this problem I've been trying to solve for more than one month.

Paypal payments for Xbox Live Gold subscription are being refused, while displaying this text:

PUR-ProcessorDeclined hU0qrF5wLku/zRrS.0.0.32.11 2019/06/10 - 10:11:33 UTC

For the "rest of the world", including Paypal support (contacted twice), the Paypal account is working. Paypal states no records remain about the transactions you are declining: it is not Paypal who is blocking.

I've been a Gold customer all the way since 2013, please fix my payment method availability and tell me how to help solving this problem. Anyway, please consider i already checked:

- the card is ok;

- the credit is ok;

- Paypal account is ok...

... why are you blocking my payments?

Sorry to hear it. What you'll need to do though is log in to
https://account.microsoft.com to make sure all your billing info is correct and up to date.

An Xbox Live Gold subscription at the moment can only be redeemed through an Xbox Live Gold pre-paid subscription card, or with a payment option (credit card or PayPal) attached to your gamertag.

As clarified in the support page you need a valid method of payment linked to your account in order to get the free trial:

"Although your Xbox Live Gold trial subscription is free, we need a payment option on file because the subscription will renew to a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription unless you cancel it. You must add a payment option such as a credit card or PayPal to your
account"

account for it. If you don’t want a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription after your Xbox Live Gold trial subscription ends, you will need to cancel it.

Unfortunately you can not purchase Xbox Live Gold with prepaid gift cards but would rather need to buy an Xbox Live Gold subscription or swtup a payment option such as paypal or credit.
