    Hello,

    Is there a way to get back the old messages that Microsoft occasionally sends us on Xbox One?

    Let's say they send us a message for a promotion and the message is deleted after a while, how can we get it back?

    For example, I bought the game Halo 5 in the month of December 2015 and I did not have the code (or it disappeared) to have the Warthog in Forza Horizon 3.

    Can you check that?

    It is very possible that he reported one of the other messages from when you were talking to him that violated the code of conduct. There is no statute of limitations on how old a message has to be. A message sent years ago if it gets reported and it violates
    the code of conduct can get you suspended

    If you were sent a code it would be in your messages from Xbox. The codes are sent out at random so not everyone will get one.

    codes was sent out in waves .so you will have to wait until you get a message from xbox live with the codes.there not all sent at once .so you will get more then one message.

    Updated email address but emails are still going to the old address

    Like I said I've been using this new address for 2+ years now to login etc. Verification codes and the like will get sent to it correctly. Billing receipts and Xbox Rewards emails get sent to the old one.

    It is my Primary (and only) alias. As far as I can tell I've removed any reference to my old address on both the Microsoft Account side and the Xbox side of things.
