get my supension lifted

my names Anthony my gamer tag is Anthony Da Game at the party it said my device setting prevent u from talking to pepol .amada M one of ur agents went through my account and said I have suspension she said she will make sure the suprnshion gets lifted and
told me me to you guys y it should be lifted it should be lifted because friends I go to school with pranked me and repoted me for sexual harrsment they called me and told me today so can u lift it

Can't send messages even after suspension is over

So my communications supension was lifted a couple days back and I still can't seem to send messages or post on people's activity feeds. I've reset the console several times and messed around with my settings but still nothing. Any ideas?
