    You will need to answer the Security questions if you can't access the account because you have forgot the details you will need to speak to the Xbox Support Team.

    Can't get into my profile

    Hello

    I recently purchased Fifa 18 Legacy Edition on Xbox 360 and began a Career Mode on the game this morning. When I went to log back in this evening on my Xbox account it said I needed to login so it could check security. However, my account was created with
    an old email address which now doesn't exist. There is no way of me logging in to the account. It also won't let me log in to other Gamer Profiles as it needs to run security checks. I have no interest in playing online

    You will need to do the account recovery form. So Microsoft and make sure that your are who you say you are. If they approve you they will then send you a link to reset your password. They will send this link to a contact email address
    that you provide while doing the account recovery.

    If they can verify its you, and get you the password reset make sure to change the email on the account. So you don't have this issue in the future.

    Microsoft changed the way logins work a while back, it made things a lot easier for you, but required a log in to work. You'll need to contact phone or chat support to get your information.

    Do you still have the old Xbox? If so, then go onto the old profile there and do
    Settings | Account | ->-> Account Security | Change Microsoft Account ||
    then fib to it, tell it you have a new addresse ready | and you will see the addresse for your xXJAM3SxxBONDXx profile.
