Xbox One Not Getting Preview Invite

When I contacted the regular Microsoft support they said my account was a Preview member, but my console was not enrolled. The agent I spoke with said they do every invite manually so it's been taking a lot longer than usual. Is there a turnaround time between
my acount and my console being registered into the Preview Program?

 

Preview program console verification

I got invited to the preview program. I contacted xbox support and they've told me that I have indeed been accepted and am a preview member yet I can not post on the preview forums nor did I get a message off Microsoft asking me to verify my console.

How can i get my console verified for the preview program?

 

You can unregister your console via the Insider app

 

I did but when I call Xbox support they tell me that my account is still in

preview program but my Xbox isn't so they said to unroll my account out of preview program

 

Keep in mind that when you unregister, it doesn't happen immediately. It won't actually take affect until the current update rolls out to the public.

 

I know as I stated that my "xbox" is not in preview. I was told from someone at Xbox support that my account is still open to being accepted into the preview program and no matter how many times I tell them the xbox I have is not in the preview
builds so I wanna know if it's possible to remove it so I can not roll back into preview. Because they seem to think it could affect my pleasure with Xbox.

I really don't know what to tell you me being here is me doing their Job. but I'm made to be aware of the teams and conditions of the preview program

 

Does anyone here actually work for Microsoft and not Just an ambassador?
