    How do I get rid of this message it pops-up every couple minutes?

    Login error

    After I start Star Trek I am asked to sign in and then a "Get more with gold" page appears. After I select "no Thanks" I get an error: "You are not permitted to do this; check your User Profile". I have gold till 06/03. What is the problem ?

    Ahoy!

    The message is intended to persuade the player into purchasing the Gold subscription package. Sadly the only way to stop the messages is to purchase the subscription.

    The good news on this is that if you purchase a Gold membership and your tag is set as Home on the console you can share that membership to others in your Family on the Xbox One.

    This means that you do not have a Xbox LIVE Gold membership. You need a gold membership in order to be able to play online with others. You're more than likely getting this message when trying to access GTA Online.
