Can I recive information about my ip address from microsoft?

My xbox360 was stolen. But I se that some one play in my games in my account.

A call police. They sad I need to get IP of my xbox360 to find rober.

cant get ip address

everything was fine 2 days ago...now I cannot logon to my home network, now it is saying cant get IP address....reset modem and router countless times over the last 2.5 days....stuck in a loop here....

 

XBOX can't get IP?

Ive got this problem to, i tried going on an online game and it disconnected me for some reason i turned the modem off then on still didnt work i went on xbo.com/support that still didnt work my live dont run out untill next year other xbox's in my house
work apart from mine but i was playing on it before it did all this :/

 

Have your police department call Xbox support with the police report and they can go from there

This only works if the person connects to Xbox live with your console

 

You need to contact your local police department and show them official evidence of what is taking place so they can make a police report, then the police can fax over that police report to Microsoft.

Hello and sorry that your Xbox system has been stolen,

What you need you to do is first,

• Call your Local Police Department, ASAP!
• Call Xbox Support and see what they can also do to help
• Be descriptive on what happened and what was stolen!

Calling your local police department is a BIG part and role in this situation, as they can call Xbox/MS to track the IP given off when connecting to the Xbox LIVE Servers. Also please
do not call 911/Emergency Services Line, as this is not a "total emergency", I hope.
But if other things have been stolen, go ahead, you probably already did if it was a break-in.

You also have to...

• Make sure the account has been signed on the Xbox LIVE Servers/Service at the suspects location.
  

Obviously, you cant really tell they have signed on your account back at their house. Sometimes waiting 24 hours after the theft then calling will give the suspect time to get set up, but that is up to you.

I do need to break access to my xbox. I need to find IP address witch was connected to live last time. Police take this information and find the person, who stole my console.
