get disconnected from xbox live for second then reconnects

for a couple of days I have been trying to play destiny and my live disconnects for a second and then reconnects it is very irritating when trying to play games like destiny or warframe.

That didn't help either...

I just tried to play again and it disconnected me 3 times.

(Yes is does disconnect me completely from Xbox Live)

The first time I could reconnect to Xbox Live immediately after 5 seconds, the second time it showed me the error code "8015190E" then after 30-60 seconds I could reconnect and the third time i could reconnect immediately again.

i got disconnected from xbox live after exiting from netflix and it disconnected me from xbox live. so i tried to reconnect my xbox to my router and it said i couldn't connect and the suggested solution said to unplug my router or modem for 30 seconds and
turn it back on then wait another 30 seconds. ive done this 4 or 5 times and went through the other suggestions but it still wont allow me to connect to xbox live.

 

Could you provide us with some more details on your network environment, please? Especially which router you use, if you are connecteid wired or wireless, how your NAt is and what steps you have already taken.

 

Same here ... Since I bought Destiny (8-Dec) I never managed to have a smooth playthrough of at least half an hour as game keep disconnecting me continuosly

I will never buy any adds-on until Bungie and Microsoft will definitevily solve the issue

I have a wireless (7MB UP) connection

Very frustating ....

Could you please try if this persists when using a wired connection.

 

I had the exact same problem! If you have a Virgin Media Super Hub. Here's how to solve it. In a web browser (Can be on Xbox One's Internet Explorer) type 192.168.0.1 Then go to advanced settings at the bottom. Then Wireless Radio and under Wireless Mode
change it to 54Mps. The 2nd day i had my Xbox One it kept disconnecting every 2 minutes and kept kicking me out of GTA Online. I contacted support and they made me re-install all 40+ Gb of Grand Theft Auto.
