    I recently bought a code for one year of xbox live gold on a website, the code was already used and to be refund they need to know the date and hour for when I entered my code. So i would like to know if I can have this information.

    problem with prepaid code

    When entering world prepaid code the latter is considered as already used. Could I have the date and foregoing entry of this code.

    As mentioned above, it is a Sweepstakes entry so you are simply getting one chance to win the $1000. It is the same as if you get a lottery ticket...you are not getting a prize but the chance to get one

    be seeing the most current entry count.

    Ok, here are the facts:

    Not everyone who was eligable was guaranteed to get a code, it was a lottery. If you got a code, great, if not, bad luck.

    To be eligable, you had to play for ten hours before a cut off date (not sure what the cut off date is)

    But there you go, not everyone will get a code even if you bought it day one.
