    Hi,

    I have the Xbox One "Day One Edition". All the years I used the standard-controller, which came with the console (also Day One Edition of the controller). In December, I bought a new one, because the sticks was a bit deformed and I didn't want to use the
    Day One Edition-controller anymore.

    I connect it, and it works without problems.

    BUT since then I saw an annoying problem, when use to view TV over the Xbox One.

    When I look TV via TV/OneGuide-app, the after approx. 10 minutes the Xbox is going into idle-run and the screen will be darker and after a short time I see informations on the left half of the screen. Each time I must move one of the sticks a bit. It's really
    annoying.

    With my old controller, that never happens and it's since I connect the new one.

    I had a look on all options, but didn't find anything which I can set there.

    Maybe that's important: I use the fast-start energy-mode.

    Do you have any ideas?

    That feature and plenty more were added to the console through our November update. We suggest checking out our

    Hi,

    oh, ok I see and change it. Was the option added in the last weeks?

    In the past I didn't change there something and 60 minutes aren't enough, but ok. Better than 10 minutes :)

    Hello Marco,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. If you go to settings then to preferences you will see idle options, you can change it to 60 minutes.
