get black screen when try to load apps or games

I have been having this issue for about a week now. I thought it was just my console at first but the issue for me has only been getting worse every day and others are having the same problem. Doesnt help that Microsoft has obviously known about this for
atleast 3 days now and still nothing has been done to fix it yet and more and more people are having issues. If I get lucky I can get on netflix or something once after about 30 minutes to and hour of attempting to get on, after that its anyones guess if I
can get anything to load again.

This is just [Mod Removed] up now, what is Microsoft actually doing to fix this. All I can say is THANK GOD im switching to the PS4 and I have only heard good things about Sony. I was considering upgrading to the Xbox One instead but this
is ridiculous now. Doesnt help that Microsoft has a really crappy and virtually no support services at all.

All I can is they better give us all something good for this [Mod Removed]!

 

My Xbox starts but when I try starting Netflix or a game the screen turns black and nothing else happens, how come?

 

Same thing happened to me when I was trying to load up GTA V. Every other game works that I tried.

 

I have the same problem after download motocross madness today.

 

Three days now. I'm really frustrated. MS seems very unconcerned that this black out is happening. I tried not signing in but it didn't work for me. Black screen no matter what I do. This is BS. I won't be renewing my subscription again. This is ridiculous.
I guess it's time for PS4 .

 

three days of this. Come on MS at least update us on the status of the repairs. I mean we pay for this. You don't have to do it here. You have a whole support page for updates on system status. How about throwing us a bone. Even a " we don't know but are
still working on it" is something.

 

I am experiencing the same thing. My games are messing up along with Netflix.

 

Well crap. I just now became one of the people who cant even play offline. Awesome job team.

 

Really no response from microsoft only that they are aware of the problem

This is going on for 6 days still nothing works

The whole world is aware of the problems

But we al pay money for live

So with christmas there is not gonna be a xbox one under the three

With a mac. And my microsoft pc out of the window

But a nice ps4 where i dont have to pay for online

We cant even play offline

Microsoft lost allready many windows users next gonna be the xbox users

 

finally managed to get on. I had to completely unplug my network cable then start the game and plug it back in. Ridiculous. And lets be honest to all the conspiracy theorists out there trying to get people to buy your new console by having crappy service
isn't the best business decision. They may not be in a hurry to fix it for those of us too poor to shell out for a new system but I doubt they caused it.

 

There seems to be no solution here...

 

Got into my Fifa 14 game after signing out once my 360 turned on, and then deleting my system cache. Loaded the game and it black screened for about 5 seconds but it eventually loaded and I was then prompted to sign in. Could be a fluke but I hope it helps

 

Tried the above work around but not working for me. I can't play any games or access anything, but yet my auto monthly payment for Xbox live still works. I just paid for Aug out of my bank account, thanks a lot. I'm very
[Mod Removed] w/Microsoft right now.

 

I think they owe us a free game for this aggravation. At least add time onto our accounts for the times the service is down.

 

What they suggest about logging out of your account while loading a game does work. I signed back in after loading up GTA and it let me online. Thank you guys so much for the suggestions.
