get a refund from an xbox live monthly pass

Goodevening everyone,

my xbox live monthly pass has ben renewed automatically on the 4th july, and i noticed that today, cos i've been away from home.

i would like to know if i can get a refund if i cancel my monthly pass, now, because i didn't even download the first free game, the one that came out on the 1st, and either i will download the one on the 16th, since, as i said before, i'm away from home,
you can check that i didn't even turn on my xbox in these days.

i would please like to know if that is possible, since i won't use it and i would use that sure on the next month, when i'm home.

i hope you can help me and hope also that you can give me some good news.

Refund for monthly live gold

I cancelled the monthly live gold and started a year membership. I did not select cancel immediately. How do I get a refund?

I’ve been paying the xbox live every month and I recently changed last month to the yearly subscription and this month it charged me the monthly fee but it won’t let me cancel the month only the yearly subscription so how do I get a refund for this month
and cancel the monthly charge ?

 

You would need to contact support
here as they are the only ones with access to your account/billing info & can issue a refund.

I believe that they will not issue a refund on a 1 month membership though.
