    When I log into my live rewards account I get a message that I need to update my info to get deposits to happen. I've updated the information but still get this message.

    Xbox message problem

    Whenever I try to send a message on Xbox Live, I get an error message stating that the 'Message isn't working for your account'. What can I do?
